About Blue Shoreline Coaching

Blue Shoreline was established in 2005 with the goal of helping people through the service of Life Coaching and Business Coaching.

This goal is achieved through our qualified Life Coaching and Executive Coaching practice, where coaching is delivered by face to face meetings and telephone sessions.

Clients are located currently in the UK and US. Although through skillful telephone coaching, anyone can benefit from Life Coaching provided they are not in counselling or psychiatric treatment and are over the age of eighteen and in good health.

Throughout our personal coaching, we promote four key self-attitudes; supreme self confidence, sound self esteem, high morale and a positive mental attitude.

Put simply, we help you, solve your problem.

About me

I am based with my family in West Wales, just outside the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. I have a Diploma in Life Coaching and Certificates in Counselling Skills and Counselling Theory and regularly consult with my own Accredited Supervision. My clients tell me that my coaching style demonstrates a really caring, non-judging attitude; is calming and brings structure.

I have been working with Life Coaching for over eighteen months and a member of the EMCC for a year. I have twenty five years experience of working in industry and have held a series of Executive/Director level appointments with a Footsie100 company. I am perceptive and pragmatic about relationships between people, products and performance.

When I am not coaching individual or business clients, then we can be found walking two of the finest canine rescue companions – Rosie the Lurcher and Shortie the Yorkshire Terrier – on some of the best coastal shoreline to be found anywhere.
